I'm going to start a DND group, but I only have one person who is interested so far. How do you find people who might be interested. Basically recruit people. Make 'em do it. I GUARANTEE they'll like it. Or, if you're looking to play easy mindless pre-made adventures, go online to your local hobby store and see if they host pre-made D&D adventures (i.e. Living Forgotten Realms).
To make the game fun, allow characters to bend the rules a little if they're being creative, don't always stick to the book. Also, add a bit of humor to your campaign. It really lightens the mood, and many people enjoy that.
